Problems with D* VOD TMC (Channel 1544)

I have an HR20 and I have been trying the VOD feature. I have been able to download several movies from Starz, Showtime and Turner Classic Movies. But when I try to download movies from The Movie Channel (TMC), it claims I am not authorized but I AM authorized. I called D* and they were no help (they sent a re-authorization to the device and it did nothing). Has anyone else had this problem?

I've had the same issue since TMC went online. "Just one of those things" with the Beta system. I'm sure it'll be resolved soon enough.
