Anyone else having problems with the Portland, OR CBS HD channel 6421? The problems started about a week and a half ago and have been getting progressively worse: Frequent breakups, green macro blocking, picture freezes. My signal strength is 106+ and all my other HD LIL are fine. I have contacted dishquality@echostar.com but have yet to get a reply.

Do you have an off-air antenna to compare with the DISH feed?

I would also call KOIN to see if they are having problems.

Wish I could but no OTA where I live. Looks like the problem may well be at KOIN, Cable and OTA viewers are reporting similar problems over at AVS.

I have the same problem. Last year I had the same issue with CBSHD Los Angeles on Sat 148. It corrected in April. I am currently experiencing picture tears and breakups.

Update - The problem is at KOIN, I received the following reply from their engineering department.

"Thank you for your comments. We are trying to locate the cause of the intermittent breakup in our HDTV signal and have narrowed it down, but have not been able to identify the source yet. We hope to get it resolved today."
