Problems with VOOM channels?

Anyone else having pixellation problems with the VOOM channels today? I've been having it all day?

its really hard for me to tell.. i've been have pixellation on all of my channels just about.. i guess my problems is that getting a lot of snow .. have over 6 inches now and the winds blowing over 40mph ..

Yea, I've always noticed when it's a moving picture there's a pix problem. I guess it's trying to catch up with the screen. Pretty annoying to say the least.
