Programming 52 remote

I have a Hopper 3 with 52 remote.
I also have Cable with a mini box.
I would like to program the 52 remote auxiliary function to control the Cox mini.
Is there an easy way to do it. Cox is no help.

Keep in mind you will NOT be able to do RF commands to the Cox mini box, when using the 52 remote...
