It depends on your system setup, what receiver you actually have, what arc (Eastern? Western?) you are aimed at, and where in the US you are located.

It's easier to post your system setup, and some of the signal numbers YOU actually have, and see what others say about them.
 
Where can I find the proper range of signal strength for each band and transponder?
I have tried to attach file minimum and average thresholds. It is available somewhere on this website. Maybe someone can provide a link if attached file does not work.
