Proposed New Setup - What's It Gonna Cost Me?

I currently have a 1000.2 dish and 2 leased Vip 622's feeding two HD and 2 SD sets and I'm not using an external switch. I will soon have all 4 HD TVs with no need for SD. Will Dish exchange the two 622's for four leased 612's and install a DPP 44 switch? I know they have a four tuner limit but what about a receiver limit? What charges would I be required to pay? (Receivers, switch, service call, etc.) Thanks.

Well depends on how long you've been a customer. But I have not heard of Dish giving away 4 free 612 HD DVRs and a DPP44 switch. You will most likely have to pay and upgrade charge of more than $150 and a 24 month agreement.

But I would call because no one on this thread can answer for sure unless they are reps and have done this upgrade before. It honestly depends on who you talk to and how long they have been working as a c-rep.
