pansat 2500 problem

I have two pansat 2500 one is working well the other
programed and input the same channel list does not work..
all seems ok except if I hook up only the TV with or without SAT
connected the level and quality meter reads 99% but can not see
anything with just scrambled measage window

Try un-pluging it from the electricity then plug it back in again, if that does not help try a factory reset.
Also try swapping receiver locations to see if the problem is with the cable/LNBF or the receiver its self.

Welcome to SatelliteGuys.US!

I don't know, does this sound like a hacker? Loading channel lists????? PSB, Any thoughts? Scambled message?? Hmmm.....

True Mark I will close it, I try to draw them in to make absolutely sure. I guess I am too trusting.
Floder if you have a reasonable explanation about what legal FTA channels are scrambled, PM me.

We do not tolerate hack talk here.

**sigh** some people just can't read I guess

Pansat always on

my pantec mx is always showing 99% level 99% quality even WITHOUT
the Satellite hooked up to it.. My other receivers including another Pantec mx
will work fine with this TV and Sat hook up.. I have gone to reset system
in menu and reloaded pansat software 041106_237 ,, all connections are
fine .. like I said it is working with other receivers .. I have turned it off and on .. But the fake level and quality seems to be the problem..
This receiver has no problem downloading pansat softwhere

I would like to try the factory firmware for the pantec mx but cant find it..

I have 2 pantec mx receivers and one pansat 2500

The pansat and one of the pantec mx work fine ..
If I hook up the other pantec mx to the same system as the other receivers
(not at the same time) the quality and level meter reads 99% for both.
Now this will happen even if I don't hook up the Sat cable to the Receiver.
Of course I can not get any channels to come in ..
I have re downloaded to the receiver the pansat firmware and all goes well.
I would like to try the factory firmware for the PANTEC MX but can't find it.

Any help please
