I just installed the 118 repoint kit to my old 121 Superdish. The install took less then 10 minutes and I was able to get 110, 118, and 119. I do have to adjust the dish a little for a stronger signal. But before I adjust the dish, my question is the 118 repoint has a pin that is suppose to fit in the old screw hole on the 121 Superdish arm, however the screw hole is a little small and the repoint kit doesn't sit flush. Do I need to drill the screw hole a little larger to make the pin fit and for the repoint kit to sit flush with arm before I adjust it? What have others done when installing the 118 repoint kit? Thanks.

Yes just drill them out a little. What I have found is some of the Superdishes had a thicker paint on the polar arm, and these are the ones that this happens on. I have just taken a phillips screw driver and reamed the holes and that aloowed the pins to set down in the arm.
