Question about FSN HD channels?

I currently live in Oshkosh WI, and have FSN North and i looked up FSN in HD on foxsports.com and they said that there HD channels are offered for free but they are on a separate channel. Does dishnetwork have FSN North in HD? If they do what do i have to do to get it?

also what about NBA tv? I know they have games in HD but i dont know how to recieve the HD game. There is a NBA HD channel but there is never anything on it.

Comcast and Directv offer Regional Sports Network in HD, Dish Network doesn't.

Unfortunately, and a bit inexplicably, Dish's NBATV HD channel has historically shown only NBA-TV playoff games in HD.
