Question about power insert and OTA signal question......

I have my OTA HD signal combined on satellite feed into the house for each receiver. One of the feed showing signal strength at 75 while others showing at 95 (I have all the same dish receivers). The only thing unique to this feed is there is a power insert for DPP44.

My question is: Is it normal for RF signal being lower if there is any type of DC inserted on the feed?

OK. I answered my own question.

As soon as I take away the power insert, signal just went up and matched with others.

After some re-arrangement, now everything works the way that supposed to be.
