Question about the $100 Back HD offer....

I upgraded to HD Platinum recently. The form for the $100 rebate ($10 off your bill for 10 months) says to send a copy of your 1st month's billing statement.

I have been checking online, and there is no statement since I have no balance (because of the 942 trade-in rebate). How will I accomplish this?
 
Hmmm..you should always have a statement - regardless of whether there is a balance.

As a new customer, I had 1 online a week after I started service.

Did you previously see your statements online? You do have to register.
 
Holy crap, you only have a limited number of days to react to this. You must submit a COPY of your first months bill and send it to the ADDRESS PROVIDED. Sending it in with your bill is useless. You can monitor the progress of this process by checking out DISHNETWORK.COM
