Question about the Channel Master 7777 amplifer

I'm confused about the capability of this unit to accept two UHF antennas (4228s).

It appears that it'll take one VHF and one UHF 75ohm antenna lead. There is an internal switch that has the option to combine. Does this mean that I can plug two UHF antennas into it?

You can, but the CM 7777 will force the antenna feeding the VHF input to act as a VHF antenna. This might work reasonably well with a CM 4228 antenna on channels 9-13, but not much else.
