Question about the spotbeam charts

Spotbeam 8 is shown for the GSO/W-S/HP markets in NC but the graph shows the beam over South Carolina. Surely this isn't correct...right? Anybody know the correct spotbeam coverage for those markets in NC?

Buffalo shows up on spotbeam4 on 61.5, yet it comes in fine, as crazy as it seems.

The beam maps are based on the FCC filings for the original Rainbow satellite. After E*'s purchase, the satellite was reoriented such that the beams shifted NE from those depicted.

One wonders how Dish is able to aim the satellite differently without submitting new maps to the FCC.
