Question about Turbo HD Package

I have a couple of questions about the programing with the Turbo HD packages.
Does Dish give you the CD Music channels with these packages or do you need to have the Top 200 package to get those? Is there any way to have the Family package and 1 of the HD packages? I want certain channels in the family packages like TVLand, FOX News, DIY, Nick, D Kids, Boom for my wife and son. Of course I want the HD channels for me. It doesn't look like Dish would let me do this for some reason.

In the TurboHD "all HD only" packages there are no music channels. I have the TurboHD Gold package and don't have these.

So far myself and my family have been happy with just this package so we hadn't tried to add the Family package in combination with the TurboHD package. The website may not allow all the possible combinations available.

Had you tried calling a DISH CSR and see what they say?

You can add the Muzak stereo channels 950-983 for $4.99 as an a la carte mini-pack.

There is no way to add the Sirius channels though

But why would you ever want to? I only listen to Sirius sat channels now for music.

The turbo HD stand alone packages are base packages, as is the DishFamily... I am pretty sure the two are mutually exclusive. Unlike direct, dish doesn't provide HD support (yet) for the Dish Family pack (at least, as far as I am aware of; feel free to correct me )
