Even though I'm in Cincinnati DMA and we are not on the list for new HD, I have a question regarding markets that do have HD locals. Does Dish just deliver the main HD channels or are the sub-channels carried as well? IE 5-2, 12-2, etc.

Just the main ones as far as I know. I get Austin and my parents get San Antonio and both of our households just get the main HD locals. I have to get the subs OTA.
