Question on adding a 2nd HD receiveer

I currently have a 622 DVR down stairs hooked up to two TVs (one plasma & a SD TV) with local channels and the HD package. Upstairs I have a 625 DVR hooked up to a SDTV. Can I replace the 625 with a 2nd HD receiver using my current two Dish setup or do you have to add another dish? Also, would my program charges be the same or would Dish charge double for two HD receivers?

I ask as it looks like we maybe adding another HDTV upstairs and I figure the S-video signal to a HDTV might not look that great.

Should be the same hookup if you are using the setup on both receivers and your current 622 is receiving all your HD. Only if you are using OTA would you have to make any changes. Only difference in rate may be an additional $1 on the lease fee, Vip receivers are $6 per month, all other are $5.
