question on directv now

i have been trying out the directv now app. and when ever i stream it i have to turn the t.v. up to 100 and i can still barely hear it. any thoughts and inputs on this

ok i just got out of chat whit directv now. they said that there could be a glitch in the app and they filed the right report this time to test the t.v. to make sure it don't happen again

What device are you using to watch Directvnow? It could be that the sound settings need to be changed. Perhaps it's set for Dolby D?
