Question regarding promotions on 811

I know that this has been discussed to death here but I haven't found an answer to my particular question. On the chat this week, they announced a promotion for the 811 where you could order the 811 for $199. I understood that you didn't need an installer, they would ship it to you directly. Is this yet a different promotion to the $149 deal and the $199 old dealer deal? Does this promotion exits or I'm hallucinating things(no one here has talked about that promotion)?

All I have heard of is the installed promotion, Dish said I could not get it directly.
