Questions about 522's dual tuners

I don't have a 522 so I don't know how it works. I have also tried searching the fourms.

When 522 is in dual mode can you still watch one show and record another without having to go to TV2 and set it up?

Yes. With the Record Plus feature enabled, you can select TV2 as the default tuner for recordings.

However, if you're watching a prerecorded show on TV1, and use record plus to default to TV2, but someone is trying to watch a live show on TV2, It will change the channel on them.

Best to only watch prerecorded shows.
