Raleigh, NC - SDV?

I am seriously considering dropping the SA8300HD and getting a TiVo Series 3. I am not concerned about losing VOD or PPV capabilities, however I am very concerned about the effect of SDV.

Does anyone know if Raleigh has begun implementing SDV and, if so, what channels it currently affects?

I'm pretty sure that TWC is using Raleigh as one of its test markets for SDV. I believe I heard UHD is on SDV, but you would be best contacting them directly and asking for a 2nd or 3rd level tech.
