rca dss satellite and dish network

I have a rca dss dish at camp and subscribe to dish network at hime. If I take my bos to camp and hook it up to my rca dss sat, will it work? Are these compatible?

NO. The RCA dish is pointed at Directv 101 bird.

Yes, the RCA 18" round dish will work with Dish Network receivers if re-pointed to a Dish Satellite. But only one at a time so you have to choose which set of channels you want to receive.

It would be better to get the correct dish rather than use the old RCA. If you are an SD customer a dish 500. If you are an HD customer a 1k4 or 1k2 dish.
