[VOOM] Voom giving free upgrde to VaVaVoom for 2 months

I dont think they will be around that long to honor it but I will
enjoy it for as long as it lasts.I tried to get out of my six month
contract last week but no cigar.Im glad I called tonite so Im
getting something for my money.

I just got off the telephone with customer service, they are given some sort of script to advise us they are going to be around, and thanking me for my loyalty. HOWEVER, I suggested that a friend of mine wanted to sign up as a NEW VOOM customer, and they say they are taking no new customers. For a company that is going to be around, and not growing their customer base tells me something. Asking IF I would get some sort of pro rated refund on my purchased equipment, the rep says a big fat NO!!!!!!!! Can we say Class Action Lawsuit against them for those who own their useless equipment? Incidently I was offered no freebies of any sort.

I never cashed the settlement check from the last class action lawsuit I was
a party to. Keep it around just for laughs. All 17 cents of it. It was
mailed to me in a 37 cent envelope.

Do let us know how that class action works out for ya.

Thats what is wrong with our country. If you don't like it SUE. It's your own fault for buying the equipment instead of renting, They ain't shut down yet, I Think they will be around allot longer than you think.
