Yes and actually the tech checked it again here today out of that outlet. It was good.

Good? How does HE know? Unless a qualified licensed electrician can verify this, there is no confirmation on your electrical system...I suggest you get an electrician to your home to check it out.

Dish's track record in court hasn't been that good lately.

Back in the early days they used to be the boy who cried wolf and people would let them get away with a lot of stuff.

Dish has grown up, they are the big boys now and their track record stinks, and everyone knows it.

I can't think of a court case that they actually won lately.

Retailer class action suit 60 million, TiVo $100, Gemstar etc.

Even this go around with the networks and the hopper. Whatever delay agreed to for auto hop, still means they lost.

I'm not saying I hate dish because I do. But this is pretty accurate when it comes to their recent lawsuits.
