Receivers with new cards built-in?

Just a quick question - which of the VIP HD receivers already have a new card in them? I will elaborate - we currently have a 211 with old card built in. We are a "northern" subscriber who used to use my sister in laws address then I recently "moved" it another friends since she moved out of the US. When I called in December to do this they said they had already sent out a new card to the old address. They have subsequently sent old 2 more to the news address that apparently have been lost in the mail. When I called a couple of days ago again they said they will not send out by courier so a signature would be required. It may be easier to just get a new receiver. The friend already has DTV or I would jump ship to get their 1 year deal.

This is getting complicated. Anybody else have these problems?

The all do, but the 211 and 622 have been around for several years and have recently had physical cards issued to update their security. I have not heard if/when 222, 612 and 722 will get new cards.
