Reciever Guide Info Gone For Some Channels

For my locals, which mysteriously went away this moring on my 510 before I did a reciever reset, the guide info is gone. It has never done this before, and do any of you know how to do a manual guide update. I have tried everything to get the guide to redownload like taking out the smart card and then re insterting. Then I tried a reset by pushing to power button on the front of the reciever for 5 seconds. Then I unplugged the reciever for 5 minutes. None of this worked. Any Ideas

I had this trouble when I "moved" to get locals. The EPG showed 2 or 3 hours ahead only on my 508. I shut the rcvr off for an hour and it was all there. (20-30 minutes should do it)
