Recording Cancelled By Customer

I have recently had recordings skipped, but not by me. The H3 gives the message "Recording Cancelled By Customer." It should have recorded but didn't. Anyone have any insight?
 
I've been getting those for ages on my HwS and I am the only one using it. Also get it on our other one and they're not doing anything. Another bug.
 
I've not seen this yet. However I do setup timers and then forget about them until scrolling thru and see what has recorded.

It may be possible it has happened and just haven't noticed.
