Recording from 625 to VCR

Hi all!!! I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. But is it possible to take a show that is on our 625's hard drive and transfer it to a VCR? Thanks for any help.

Yes. I've got my TV2 output going through the VCR/DVD combo unit so I just play whatever is recorded through TV2 and record it on the VCR/DVD.
