Okay I have my First issue, and not sure what the issue is?

Some of my recordings won't play back on my Hopper WS?
Already rebooted twice, It just shows a black screen, and the progress bar doesn't move? Any idea what's up? Is it a bad Hard drive already?
Actually both Hoppers won't play back some movies, From their own Hardrives and each others.

It seems like it's mostly from the Premium channels.
I don't understand why they don't play back.
