Regarding launch of new sat 129 ?

Does somebody know about the launch of a new satellite @ 129 in the next several weeks---called Ciel 1, which will be launched in a Canada slot, by a Canadian company, for the purpose of leasing the space back to DISH Network. I would hope that this new bird will play better than present occupant, which does not work very well anywhere (except in the middle of the continent).
