Remote Access showing TV1

Has anyone experienced this. We're on 722k with sling adapter. My husband is out of state and using remote access. He said it was telling him DVR wasnt connected and it showed as TV1 ? Not TV2 as it should be. Any ideas why it would switch to TV1? By the way, I unplugged DVR for awhile and it now works but still curious .

This happened to me a few times when I lost power or didn't use remote access or the sling for a few weeks. I had to go to the Dish website and reconfigure the Sling. That fixed it for me.

How do you "reconfigure" the Sling Adapter? I just plug it in and it works.
