Remote Codes

My daughter just got a new 722. The manual lists new/additional remote codes for her Mits Digital TV vs the manual for the 942. However the remotes (both Green & Blue) supplied with the 722 will not accept the added codes. When a valid code is entered and "#" is pressed the TV button blinks 3 times. The blinking is not occurring with the new codes. The CSR she called said all the codes listed should work.

Anyone have an idea what she should do?

Try this:

1 - hold down the white TV button until all 4 white buttons light up
2 - let go of white TV button, should be flashing
3- press and let go of red TV button
4- slowly keep pressing "up" arrow until TV powers off. This could take anywhere from 1 to several hundred presses.
5- after TV powers off, press # button, white TV button should blink 3 times.
6- press red TV button, TV should come on and volume should be functional.
