Remote Control Issue - Onkyo RC-511M

I used to have Dish 500 and I programmed my Onkyo 511 remote to control all of my components. However, I simply could not program the INFO button on the dish remote (in SAT mode) to my Onkyo remote. I finally got around it by programming it from the VCR mode onto the Onkyo remote. I have now upgraded to a dish 625 and have the exact same problem. The INFO button will not be programmed no matter what I try. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Onkyo and DishNetwok can't seem to help. It really is a pain having 2 remotes lying around only to use 1 of them for 1 function only. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
