Remote question

I have a 622 receiver in which I have the output from the second tuner split between two TVs. I would like to get a second remote so each TV on the second tuner has a remote control and we don't have to move the remote between TVs. Is it possible to have two UHF remotes that can be configured to work with the second tuner?

Yes, it will work, just watch out for dueling remotes if both tv2's want to watch something different.

This doesn't seem to work. Once I configure the new remote to work the original one no longer works. Is there a workaround for this?

They have to be set to the same address. Go to MENU 6,1,3 and press record on one of the TV2 remotes, then press record on the other one. If the address for TV2 changes, then your remotes are set to different frequencies and need to be set for the same frequency.
