Remove 9.99 HD Pak, add 6.00 Enabling Fee ?!?!

Just reading through this thread, it is easy to see that CSRs make a *LOT* of mistakes. I think they are purposely not informed. Think about it, these mistakes are all in favor of E*. I haven't heard of a mistake that is in favor of the customer.
