Removing sports subscription ??

Has anyone has any issues trying to remove a sports subscription?

I trying to remove NBA LP
I called a month ago to remove it, but I got the auto renew email yesterday...
I tried online pressed remove but gives an error. I called the 619 (retention) number but they said they only see MLB package, no NBA... .

anyone have any other suggestions? is there a number specific for sports subscriptions? its still showing on my online account

I'm having the same problem with NBA. They can't even see it on my account. After months of trying, I finally got a CSR who could talk to the Back Office as she called it to remove the NHL from my account.
I'm probably going to have to wait until the first payment is charged for NBA to get it removed on the 19th.
I got the Premier CSR as she called herself when she answered. I got this CSR from a combination of clicking on cancel my service online and telling the phone service cancel my service. When you click on cancel service, it will say thanks for telling us you want to cancel and call in to cancel.

issue is now resolved, got it removed earlier when i was reporting issues with ch 642

I'm still fighting with them. They claim I won't get charged, but NBA is still listed as an add on

Try Tech support dept ? that's who was able to help me
