Replacement HWS can't delete one movie

Some weird things with my replacement HWS. First the percentage used number sure seems off, 30 recording taking 22% of my space does not seem right considering my old HWS had well over 400 recording using 80% of my space.

Now I have a movie that cannot be deleted (it no set to protect). It shows up and when you delete dit says 0 recordings successfully deleted, yet it never goes away. I do not have a warm fuzzy feeling about this replacement HWS.

When "The Interview" was first put out on 465/466...there was a short promo that was Auto DVR ...like a spot advertising it being on-demand...
It showed for 3 days that it was recording, and wouldn't let me a)stop the recording, b)delete it...
After a couple of days, the red "record" icon went away and I was able to successfully remove/delete the short spot / ad for "The Interview".

(That aside, Netflix put the Interview on it's lineup 3 days ago....anyone who hasn't / is interested in seeing it.)
