Well, back in August I subscribed
to what was then Adelphia, even though
I have been a Dish sub for some
years. I have them both for
different reasons.
When I heard of TWC's entry in
Southern Cal, I was exstatic
that we might once again have
CNN-International.
So on October 31 at around 120-AM
we got our new TWC lineup.
On November 06 I altered my package
so I could get Bloomberg for
Election night coverage.
The channel would only come up
maybe 3 seconds at a time.
Since then-and even with a tech
visit, ch224 is still empty.
Making matters worse, the Customer
Service reps are in Colorado-and
think our lineup hasn't changed yet.
Now my livingroom box has lost
many channels, including c-span2 on 202
Meanwhile, as a News Junky,
I am trying to write or call any1
at TWC to request CNN-I,
BBC-World, and ABCNewsNow.
Seems that TWC has CNN-I
on its San Diego systems.
Please tell me if there are better
ways to request News channels?
Thanks so much in advance
