I just moved a couple months ago Comcast offered me a great deal to switch to them from Dish i did but not happy just called Dish to see if i could get a deal to come back they said i had to wait 60 Day's

Are they saying you have to wait another 60 days or just 60 days in total? Seems like you'd be close if it has been a couple of months since you canceled.

No it has only been a month since i switched but i was not under contract that why i thought i could go back

You might try sending a PM to one of the DIRT folks here to see if they can help you
