Our local ABC affiliate (owned by a local broadcast group, Circle City Broadcasting) is apparently in a re-trans dispute with Dish, the result being a guide blackout (on Dish prime). However, the channel is not blacked out ("No program information available") on Dish Anywhere. It shows comple guide info. I've tried setting a timer from the Guide, but unsurprisingly, it's "unable" to perform any recording function. Wonder why the disconnect between the two? Note: Circle City also owns the CW affiliate, and has been "dark" for at least 4 years.
