Didn't Dish already pay them? Why should they buy them then? Unless they could throw the entire management out on the streets without a penny to their names as revenge, but we all know they wouldn't do that.

Don't need too. They already have cross licencing as part of their settlement

It was a joke, as in "fix the damn DVR issues!" ...Tivo engineers might do better in that regard.
