RJ45 & RJ11 Wall Plate Dust Plugs

Does anyone know where to purchase RJ45 & RJ11 wall plate dust plugs? The little plastic plugs that go into unused cable attachment ports in wall plates to keep out dust and dirt. Here is an example pic of a RJ45 dust cap that came with my wireless printer. I have seen them around but can't find where to purchase them. Thanks for your replies.
