Rocky movies- Why are some titles not reallly available?

My daughter wanted to watch one of the Rocky movies a few days ago. I checked netflix instant and it wasn't available. I rarely use blockbuster streaming, but I checked it for Rocky and it showed Rocky 1-5 available in the free/subscribed section. When I clicked onto each Rocky title, it showed that HD was free and SD had a fee. But when I clicked on the Free HD button, it said that it wasn't a subscribed channel. What's the deal with that- if it's not subscribed then it shouldn't come up as free and it shouldn't show up in available when I toggle the subscribed/free button. Is there something I'm missing here or doing wrong?
