RSS not working for Pub in Google Reader

I am trying out shifting from open web pages to using RSS in Google Reader.

All of my usual SatelliteGuys Forums added just fine, except the Pub:

http://www.satelliteguys.us/external.php?forumids=7 does not provide a feed.

Note that I was logged into both Google Reader and SatelliteGuys at the time, so that is not the issue.

Usually RSS feeds do not log in (to SatelliteGuys) and thus the reason why it can't see that forum.

But is in the list of offered feeds at:

SatelliteGuys.US RSS Feeds

If there is a technical problem with offering the feed, then perhaps it should not be in the list...
