RUMOR: Tonight Giants -vs- Vikings Game to be available on Smartphones

I am hearing a rumor that tonights postponed NFL Football game between the Giants and Vikings will be made available for $19.99 for those that DO NOT subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket, but the game will only be shown to those customers on Smartphones. NFL Sunday Ticket customers however can see the game on channel 710.

Non Sunday Ticket Customers can call DIRECTV at 1-800-DIRECTV to order the game.

DIRECTV says on their Facebook page that the game will be broadcast on Ch.710 to Sunday Ticket subscribers, at no extra charge.

I just heard on the radio that the AG Blumenthal is trying to get the NFL to allow Fox 61 in CT to show the game.

I have ST as well as the On the Go package for the computer and Smart Phone (Android in my case).
I have been able to watch highlights and check scores on the Phone app, but never watch the game LIVE.
Anyone else having those issues ?
