Does anyone know when E* will be taking the Russian programming off 61.5. I have NLOS for the 118.7 and the csr's do not know when the final day on 61.5 is. I was hoping one of you guys did. KEVIN

More and more ppl getting Dish post card - see that thread where someone asked about 118. So, it's going to happen REALLY soon. 
I think you should just relocate to Alaska.
I hear up there they have 'line of site' of Russia, so heck, a good OTA antenna should be all ya need.

Dish has paid a lot of $$$ to move people to 118 recently at a pretty good pace, and that means Charlie seems to have accelerated the migration. Soon is probably much sooner than you think. In fact, no new international subscribers--even if they have a dish looking at the wings--are to be activated unless it is at 118. The end of internationals at the wings is sooner than the usual Dish Network "soon."
