Samsung S10+ earbuds

Is there a way to pair the Samsung S10+ earbuds to the dish hopper.
I follow the normal process of setting up Bluetooth as I do with my cheaper earbuds that I use but the S10+don't come up. I also make sure that any other Bluetooth are removed.

I can't get my air pods or speaker to connect, either.

This may not apply but I have had problems with bluetooth pairing that was the result of my phone grabbing and pairing with the device before the Hopper/TV/etc had a chance. If so, you might temporarily turn bluetooth off on other nearby devices.
