Sat 82 trouble...Mayday mayday

Anyone who can help...would be a greatly appreciated.

I have bell all set up using a dish 500. Im getting sat 91 but
only getting even channels on sat 82.

I had the installer try separate dishes and same thing.
He changed LNBS several times with no sucess.

It shows up red with an x through 82.

It shows signal is strong however. Rather good. In the 70s.

I live in south florida so I know im on the fringe of the sats but signal
strength is adequate.

Im at a loss here...
