Satellite 121 issues with new receiver

Hi guys,
I am trying to add a 211 receiver. I only get 110 and 119 signal 121 is not showing up.
If I connect existing receiver to location, 121 is showing with good signal.
Switch is DP34.
Tried another receiver and same issue.
Anyone can help?
New receiver is same model as existing.
Looks like its not a signal or switch issue.

121? Or do you mean 129? 121 is a private satellite for business broadcasts now.

DP34 switch makes me think you have a Super Dish, which is basically obsolete. You need to switch to a 1000.2, if that's the case, and it won't fit on the mast or pole for a Super Dish so you'll need a new one or an adapter - which isn't authorized by Dish

You say your new receiver is the same model as the old, 211. When you placed the new receiver where the old one was did you do a checkswitch?
