None...UNless the policy was a minimal coverage policy with no "Act of God" rider, a lightening strike and resulting structural damage is a covered loss.
 
Grounding won`t stop lightning ,A lightning arrester system won`t guarantee your house won`t burn down in the event of direct strike either.
 
Lightning is one of those things that does whatever the heck it wants to, regardless of any feeble attempts to prevent it.
