Satellite Issue

Hey, guys!
I'm new here, I tried to find the information I need, but I couldn't find it. I hope you can help me.

I purchased the TV Globo International channel today and I would like to know when I can start watching it. The channels the website provided me are not on my channel guide. The info was:

Satellite: 148 - 121 - 61.5
Channel: 596 - 814 - 596

But my problem is that my Satellites are neither one of those. My satellites are:

119 - 110 - 105

So, which channel is TV Globo International?

You will need to get an upgrade of another dish to get that channel as you dont have the apropriate sat.

So, I just go to the place I signed up for it and ask for an upgrade?

Best thing to do is to call dish and order the upgrade, this will require a second dish and a new switch unless your in an area where your locals are going from the 105 to the 110 in wich case it will be a second dish but no new switch.

You need second 61.5 dish and DPP SW-44 . Dish will gona charge you for upgrade.
